About us
We’ll be Your partner in promoting better living and vitality
How many times have you been told to eat your vitamins?
Sure, spend hundreds of dollars on synthetic vitamin supplements that may or may not absorb fully into your body.
We’re here to show you that the nutrients you get from one multivitamin pale in comparison to one nutrient-dense meal from whole foods.
That is the true definition of eating your vitamins.

Healthy Nutrition
Fueling Health Together
The world of nutrition knowledge changes every day. Things we knew twenty years ago don’t apply to today’s health standards, yet people still follow these old paradigms.
Myth 1
Eating Healthy is expensive
A can of wild salmon and a 9oz bag of chips cost the same. If you wisely choose the salmon, you’d eat less of other things saving you money. Whole foods are satiating. They stabilize your GHRELIN which is known as the ‘hunger hormone’.
Myth 2
Fat is the enemy
It’s not. Low-fat diets used to be all the rage. Billions of dollars went into marketing to promote this idea. Good fats like monounsaturated fats can promote brain health and a healthy immune system. This improves metabolic health.
Myth 3
Eating healthy tastes bad
Part of making healthy choices is learning to cook. Imagine a bowl with arugula, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, organic black beans, grass-fed hamburger, aged parmesan, whole sour cream, and pico de gallo. Sounds deliciously healthy doesn’t it?
Myth 4
Vegan foods are healthy
Grab a vegan burger package and read the ingredients. Can you define any of those terms? Definitely not. Processed vegan foods are just as bad as their refined counterparts. Processed foods are dangerous to long-term health and should be avoided.
